President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Seldenrust joined Park Energy Services in November 2018 upon appointment as Chairman. Prior to joining Park, Mr. Seldenrust retired from Williams Energy after 14 years of executive leadership at Chesapeake Energy, Access Midstream, and Williams Energy (continuous employment through transactions). At Williams, Mr. Seldenrust led an extensive Engineering Services organization, and his responsibilities included the development of standardized compression facility and compressor package design. Prior to assuming the Williams’ role, Mr. Seldenrust served as SVP – Eastern Operations for Access Midstream (Chesapeake’s midstream spinoff) and managed both the Marcellus and Utica operating areas and joint venture relationships in the region. Before joining Chesapeake in 2004, Mr. Seldenrust held Reservoir, Production and Facilities Engineering positions with ARCO Oil & Gas, Vastar Resources and BP America. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Warren currently serves as CFO of Park Energy Services, LLC and has since our founding in February of 2014. Prior to Park, Mr. Warren was Director of Accounting of Compressco Partners, LP from December of 2010 to February of 2014. Prior to Compressco, Mr. Warren was Controller of MD Building Products – a producer of weatherization and construction products. He maintains an active CPA license in the state of Oklahoma, holds a BS and MS from Oklahoma City University, and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. Mr. Warren, his wife Meridith, and their four sons reside in Oklahoma City.
